In this book, SimpleLaw suggests that you type in your answers. However, we also suggest to check with the Court in your county to see if handwritten material is allowed. In some Courts, handwritten material is acceptable. If typewritten forms are required and you do not have a typewriter, contact your local library for the use of one.

The provisions for child support, visitation, child’s health insurance, and child custody are standardized by the State of Texas and cannot be edited.
